- Payment Terms:
- Clients are required to sign up for direct debit payments for their chosen pricing plan.
- Payments for each month or year (depending on the selected plan) are made in advance.
- Upon initial sign-up, clients are required to pay for the first month in advance.
- Subsequent payments will be automatically processed on the designated payment date.
- Invoices and payment reminders will be sent to clients via email.
- Contract Length and Cancellation:
- There is no minimum contract length or commitment period.
- Clients have the freedom to cancel their plan anytime during their pay period.
- In the event of cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current pay period, and no further charges will be incurred thereafter.
- No refunds or prorated payments will be provided for partial periods of service.
- Service Availability:
- Kangaroo Content strives to maintain uninterrupted access to services and ensure the best possible performance.
- However, occasional maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
- Kangaroo Content will make reasonable efforts to minimise any disruptions and provide timely updates regarding service availability.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the sign-up process.
- Clients must ensure that their payment details are valid, sufficient, and up-to-date at all times.
- It is the client’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of any content, materials, or information provided to Kangaroo Content for use in their social media campaigns.
- Intellectual Property:
- Clients retain full ownership of any intellectual property or content provided to Kangaroo Content for use in their social media campaigns.
- Kangaroo Content retains the right to showcase and promote completed work as part of its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
- Limitation of Liability:
- While Kangaroo Content strives to provide high-quality services, clients understand and acknowledge that the use of our services is at their own risk.
- Kangaroo Content shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold Kangaroo Content and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the use of our services.
Clients acknowledge that the success and results of social media campaigns can vary and are dependent on various factors beyond the control of Kangaroo Content. It is the client’s responsibility to evaluate the suitability of our services for their specific needs and to assess and manage any associated risks.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, clients release Kangaroo Content from any liability or responsibility for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of using our services. Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kangaroo Content and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions arising from the use of our services.
By signing up and agreeing to these Terms of Service, clients acknowledge and accept the payment terms, cancellation policy, and their responsibilities as outlined above. Kangaroo Content reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service as necessary, with any changes communicated to clients in advance.
